Kelley pushed us out for a post vacation detox run celebration sweaty almost killed me run.  Good stuff.  Decided to change our diet again.  I'm thinking cottage cheese and fruit in the  morning, alternating with oatmeal, with two snack yogurts each day.  We will see of course, since I'm supposed to be in Cleveland this week.  We just got back from Orlando, had such a good time with friends and family.

A fresh start

Kelley and I finally got our butts out of bed and worked out.  It's been about a month since we've ran and month(s) since I blogged.  It was just a bit over a mile and 9+ average pace but it felt good. Now we just need to get this built up into a routine.  It's been a wild month of overspending, overeating, over drinking and over indulging.  Work has been brutal tough and I've used that as a crutch to fuel my overage.  It's time to accept and power through the job as we did the run this morning.  I used my mask all last night, even though I woke up tossing and turning most of the night I do feel somewhat rested up.  So in case I'm reading this years from now, i was promoted to Director of Maintenance Control a couple weeks ago.  I've only been to Cleveland once since my promotion, but I go back up there the week I come back from watching Jacob play ball.  Ok, gotta shower...Kelley is making me a juice.
